A 129,000 square foot office complex consisting of four single-story buildings and one two-story building located in the Las Colinas submarket of Irving, Texas. The properties were acquired in March 2006 for $6.95 million from a private Canadian partnership for approximately $53 per square foot.
The investment strategy included leasing up the vacant space and renewing a critical Verizon telecommunications switch. In September 2012, the properties were sold at a favorable price of $9.6 million.
